Product Description

We custom-make all adjustable-beds here in Western Australia at our Osborne Park facility. By manufacturing beds to order, we can ensure it meets your individual needs, preferences and requirements. Thanks to the nature of the design, we can retro-fit any of the functionalities at a later date, such as the sonic massage option. If the bed is fitted with the dual lift and Hi-Lo function you will have a clearly labelled and easy to use 8-button remote.
The Hi-Lo function

Also known as a horizontal lift, this function allows the bed to lift over 35cm up horizontally without interfering with any of the other main bed functions. This function is most commonly used if you require nurses or other healthcare professionals to attend to you while in bed. Support organisations require this function to protect their staff from injuries caused by bending and stretching, as they can easily adjust the height of the bed to their preferred working height.

Some customers also use this function to assist them in getting in and out of the bed easier. To do this, they sit on the edge of the bed with both feet firmly planted on the ground and use the horizontal lift function to  lift the bed. This will bring them to a perched style position, making it a lot easier to stand-up.

Please note that this isn’t suitable for everyone and it requires the user to have a good sense of balance or a solid rail to hold on to minimise the risk of slipping.

The Head-lift Function This function allows you to raise the top-end of the bed from a 0degree position to nearly 60degrees. You can stop and adjust the lift at any given time, irrespective of any other functions. This function is great to sit up in bed to read, watch TV or eat. It will also assist you in getting in/out of bed as it brings you to a seated position ready to swing your legs around and exit the bed.
The Leg-lift function

This function allows you to put your feet up after a long days work, literally.  Raising your feet has many proven benefits and is one of our customers most favourite function. All our beds raise the feet from the knee (also known as knee-break) as this is a more natural position and reduces pressure on the joints.

Using a combination of the head lift and Leg lift function is what we call a "dual lift" this combination allows you to reach the Zero Gravity position, allowing you to relieve pressure from your joints.

Please note: that we recommend lowering the feet all the way, for easier entering and exiting of the adjustable-bed.

While we sell all standard bed sizes that are available at current retail shops, we also can extend or shorten the bed length. This can make a real difference for taller people, especially on an adjustable bed. We can accommodate all standard bed sizes as well as custom bed sizes both for our beds and our range of mattresses.

One of our most popular sizes is the Split-Queen and Split-King bed design. These beds are made up of two separate beds, which allows each person to choose their required functions (if any) and their preferred mattress. To find out more about our split-bed designs click here.

Regardless of the function that you choose, you will be able to choose from a wide range of mattresses, which have all been specifically designed for adjustable beds, ensuring longevity and optimal performance. Our range of mattresses offers the most popular and innovative materials currently available on the bedding market. Including, but not limited to Gel-infused Latex, Hybrid mattresses and Gel-infused memory foam mattresses. You can find our more about our range of mattresses here.

Just like our Adjustable beds, our range of mattresses is manufactured here in WA, allowing us to make alterations to the size and composition of each mattress as required.

Some of the benefits of choosing an Australian-made bed over an imported option are listed below for more information on what makes our beds so special click here.

One of the most crucial aspects of a bed is its bed height. In today's market bed heights differ hugely across the range, making it more about fashion than about finding a well functioning, comfortable and ergonomic bed. All our beds can have their bed height customised at no additional charge. Our standard bed height (including any of our mattresses) is 550mm from the floor to the top of the mattress; this can easily be raised to nearly any height required. The lowest height that we can achieve with the Hi-lo mechanism fitted is 530mm, due to the design of the lifting mechanism.

If you require or think you may need hoist-clearance, please let us know as we will make the bed to a height that will ensure easy access for hoists and other under bed equipment.

Our friendly team will be happy to help you determine the perfect bed height for you.

Depending on the size of your bed, the weight capacity of the bed may vary. Please check with our friendly team to determine the weight capacity for your choices
