HD XL Sport

Also known as the SupaScoota HD Sport. An upgraded version of the well-loved SS120, the SS120 Sport is an Australian designed mobility scooter, which is portable for easy transport in the boot of your car and features a 120kg weight carrying ability. Unlike most other portable-scooters, it has the two front tyres placed close together. This means that you get to enjoy a tighter turning circle and additional legroom, similar to a three-wheel scooter while enjoying the extra stability added by the fourth wheel.

About the SS120 Sport

Featuring a no-fuss design, this scooter is well suited at a range of different environments. Thanks to it’s closely set front wheels you will feel comfortable using this mobility scooter even in tighter places such as your local IGA and chemist. Thanks to the under-seat suspension and extra chunky pneumatic tyres this portable scooter is also very well suited at getting out and about on rougher terrain

This scooter comes standard with a Lithium battery, allowing for even easier lifting and loading of the gopher. This scooter pulls-apart into four easy to manage pieces, the front frame, rear frame, seat and lithium battery. 

The SS120 Sport is also equipped with an Electronic Stability Control System (SEC), this automatically reduces the speed of the scooter when it goes around turns, making it even safer and less prone to tipping.

Unlike many other portable scooters in this price range, the SSHD allows you to choose from two speed options, fast and slow. This speed selection will enable you to better adjust to your surrounds. The speed can further be moderated by pulling in the lever less or more.

The SupaScoota 120 Sport is powered by not one, but two motors, with one located on each rear wheel. This allows for more power and torque and overall smooth driving experience.

Is this scooter right for me?

The SS120 Sport is the right choice for you if you are looking for a highly maneuverable mobility scooter that is suitable at indoor and outdoor use and can be transported in the boot of a car. To dismantle and lift this scooter, you have to be able to balance while bending or squatting without any leaning or holding on to any aids as you will require both hands to dismantle this scooter.
